Zoo

A few weekends ago we had a very warm fall day and we decided to go to the zoo with some friends. The babies didn't get much out of it yet, but they enjoyed being strolled around!

Brain Cells

Is our Baby sucking away some of our brains cells?
Here is some of the things we have done lately that make us wonder....
Last Friday as I was drying my hair I realized it looked very greasy still, yes I forgot to put shampoo in my hair

My husband was running water and vinegar through the coffee maker to clean it out. I walk in to water everywhere- he forgot to put the coffee pot under the maker.

I accidentally wore leggings backwards all day to work

We headed out on Saturday to early vote and we have to go to a nearby town. My husband had a faster more scenic way to go. A hour later we had defiantly gone a scenic way and where back at home having been lost and no where near any voting booths.

Pumpkin Patch

We are lucky enough to have a great pumpkin patch about 5 minutes from our house! We went with Aunt Missy and Uncle Ryan and had fun but I think the baby was overwhelmed by all the people and new things because we was not very cooperative in pictures.

8 months

Our baby is 8 months old now!! He is so fun to be around and such a good baby.
He is becoming very vocal and tries to talk to us all the time. The only thing we understand right now is dadada.
He goes to bed around 7:15 and sleeps until around 7 in morning.
He is starting to hold his own bottle ....


Rolls all over the floor now and has scooted but not crawled yet.

Weighs about 16.11lbs

Loves Rascal and laughs at him all the time
At daycare this week they told me he was the best baby there!!

Life

Things have been crazy at our house in the past few weeks. Both David and I have started new jobs. We are in the midst of learning new places and people, adjusting to new schedules and trying to figure out insurance, ect. It has been crazy but I think we will both be happier for our changes!!!
Also going on in our life... My grandparents came to visit from Oregon! They finally got to meet the baby! It was great to see them and have them at our house.

Before and After

We got our library/office painted last weekend. It was one of the last dark painted rooms we had left to redo. We also removed wall that was built in front of fireplace to have brick show.
