Christmas

We had so much celebration this year for Bebe's first Christmas! The past few weekends have been filled with fun parties and get togethers with friends and family. We hosted a big Christmas lunch for our families at our house yesterday- another first for us! Now of all things we are snowed in! We got around 10 inches of snow Christmas night!

10 months

I can't believe how old our boy is getting! He is 10 months old now.
His ninth month was not his best. He had his first fever, ear infection and stomach bug. We are on the third round of anti biotics and he still has an ear infection. He is not letting it get him down!
-He weighs 17.09
-Sleeps from 7 pm-7 am
-He has two teeth now
-Drinking four 6 oz bottles a day
-Eating baby food, but hasn't moved to trying any table foods yet.
-He is crawling

My good friend's dad looks just like Santa and in November we arranged for him to come to our house with five other families and do a mini photography session with Santa. Of course the morning of the photo shoot Carter woke with with a high fever. So, he is not smiling in any pictures because he did not feel well at all.

A different tree

They are doing construction on our office so we didn't put up a Christmas tree. Check out what they came up with instead to still have some Christmas cheer...

One more week and I have my first "Christmas break" since college! We are off from Dec 22-Jan 1st!!

O Christmas Tree

We started a new tradition this year of going to a Christmas tree farm and cutting down our tree. I had never done this before and it was really fun! I think we found a beautiful tree! Now we are pulling out all our decorations and putting them out all over the house!

9 months

This is a little late because Carter wasn't feeling well. But here he is, the 9 month old!






He is learning new things everyday and getting so old!
At last doctor appointment he weighed 17.06oz, 28 in

He has starting seeming a lot more interested in baby food, he eats three a day now

Still drinks 5 bottles a day, we are trying to get to 4

He has one tooth so far!

Says dada and mama over and over but he doesn't know what they mean

Sits up really well on his own, army crawls and wants to be in the floor playing all the time.

First Sick Days

Our poor baby has been dealing with his first fever and ear infection. He has just been pitiful. His fever has gotten as high as 103.6 and it has been scary for me because I don't know what to do and just want him to get better! He is on antibiotics now and seems to be better today.
