My house has been tee-peed!!!

David and I went to eat at the new Razorback Pizza down the street from us and this is what we found in the hall when we got home.AHHHHH!! This dog is going through his terrible two's-and he is not even two yet!! Lets put it this way, that the last time I buy an expensive large pack of Charmin... :)

A week off

Last week I had a much needed vacation from work. We went to the Lake for most of the week and had a wonderfully relaxing time! It is amazing what a week of no work, stress, obligations and just getting away can do for you!

Balancing Act

Thursday night I went to a speaker named Staci Wallace. I was called "Balancing Act" and was hoted by Marketplace Connection, which also happens to be a ministry my mom has help to start for professional women. It was great! She was a powerful speaker that spoke alot of great truths.

Busy Weekend

This weekend my sister graduated from the University of Arkansas. We drove to Fayetville to goin the festivities on Saturday. It was great to spend the day with family and get to see my grandparents who came all the way from Oregon!

The craziest part of the whole day was all the memories it brought back of my own graduation from Auburn University. All the excitement for the future and sad goodbyes to dear friends. It was exactly four years ago this month that I graduated and the time has flown by, but so much has changed in those four years too. Being on a college campus made me miss a lot of things about college, but not exams!!

This is a picture from my senior year and all of us now have careers, two of us are married, and one is engaged!

Spring Updating

I am having everyone from the families over for easter so I decided to do some Spring updating around the house and in the dining room. I got the cute bunny and pictures in the dining room on my Eureka Springs adventure!

We went to Eureka Springs, AR this weekend and stayed an an awesome place!

One of David's coworkers told us about it and we have been looking at the website for over a year now. This trip was actually a Christmas present from David's mom.

Eureka Springs is a fun little town. There are lots of really good places to eat there-like Ermilio's and The Grand Tavern.

There are also tons of great shops. My favorite was one called Vintage Cargo. I got two really cool canvas prints there. Here is the website: http://www.vintagecargo.net

One last intersting thing about our weekend. We came to find out it was "diversity weekend" in town. As you can see it drew quite a crowd :) Let's just say we saw lots of rainbows this last weekend!
