Happy Easter!

Easter is my favorite holiday! I love the meaning of the holiday of course but I love the feeling it brings of happiness. I love the colors and flowers for Easter and seeing all the kids in their cute outfits for church...and Easter baskets with yummy candy doesn't hurt too bad either.
This year didn't disappoint. The weather was beautiful today. We had our families over for a great lunch. The funniest part of the weekend is David was the Easter bunny for the church's Easter egg hunt. Here is a picture, so funny!

Ahoy Matey!

Last Sunday night we had our Pacesetter Dinner for my job. We had it on the Arkansas Queen River boat cruise. It was beautiful weather to the dinner on the boat. It was a great night with lots of fun, food and dancing as the evening went on. Here are some pictures....

Tour of the South

I had last week off from work and went on a mini tour of the South. I headed out Thursday afternoon and drove to Memphis. I stayed the night with Lauren a former co worker and had the best time catching up. The next day I flew to Atlanta, GA to spend the weekend with one of my best friends from Auburn, Rebecca. I got to see her cute house in ATL and meet Abby her puppy.
The next day we drove to Auburn to visit our school! We ate at all our favorite spots, mourned the poisoned trees, shopped downtown and tried to see the new sorority housing on campus without a lot of luck getting inside. It was so fun being back on our old stomping grounds!
Here are a few pictures from the trip....

Enjoying the Spring

The weather has been perfect the last few weekends to be outside!
We have a pasture down the street from us that we had some friends and their families come out and camp out on. Let's clarify that I enjoyed all the parts of the camping trip while not actually having to camp...so that worked out perfect! (Not a big fan of sleeping outside in a tent). Anyways, we had several families and their kiddos out. The guys fished, we had a camp fire, fish fry and s'mores. It was a great way to spend the Saturday outside!

David and I have been sitting outside or going on walks most nights and soaking up this not too hot weather with no mosquitos.
We have had some beautiful sunsets lately too!
