Wednesday, February 15th I had a really tough day at work. I had felt really bad and was having some contractions. I had just had 38 week appointment and was only 1 cm dilated so I was not expecting anything to happen for another week or two. David had made me a bath to help with my contractions when I got home.
I was getting up to head to the bath and my water broke!
So we quickly headed to hospital
and when I checked in I was still only 2 cm dilated. I progressed on my own in the next 12 hours to being fully dilated. I received epidural around 1 in morning and it was great! I felt no pain after that.
At 10:10 am after a hour of pushing he was born!
He is such a beautiful baby boy and we can't believe how much we love him already.

He has had his first doctor visit and he had gained 4 oz. His favorite things right now are his vibration chair and pacifier(yes that has already started). He also loves to be swaddled with his hands out and gets really upset when he is not swaddled.
